Unfortunately not everything to produce such presentations can be achieved by clicking a button but our Administration Panel has been designed to make the process as simple as possible.
Each presentation has to be unique there for certain things have to attributed to it such as giving it a name, attaching PowerPoint slides, questions and who you wish to see the presentation.
The Admin Panel has broken these elements down into six very manageable sections which all combine to create the final presentation that your viewers will eventually see. These elements can be compiled at any time prior to the presentation itself and are stored on the Electern server ready for use.
Although there may be some typing involved in setting up the broadcasts one of the sections has been fully automated. When you produce your PowerPoint presentation you can save it but in order for it to be used in a web browser you have to export these slides into a browser friendly format. With Electern however in the Presentation section you merely click the 'add new presentation' button, direct the browser to the saved PowerPoint, click the 'Create Presentation' button and the software does everything else for you, including sending the slides to the server ready for use.
