Electern Streaming Solutions
Basic Package
This package is designed for the user that has minimal streaming requirements.
We will attend the conference with a camera crew and video encoder. During the conference we will film and stream live to the web space of your choice.
Once the conference is complete we will host the recorded video for a minimum of one month, providing you with the link for your own web site for visitors to view it.
Assistance will also be provided in web page design to facilitate either embedded or popup video players.
Video and Slides Package
In most conferences speakers tend to use visual aids such as PowerPoint slides. It would be almost impossible to read these in the background of a streaming video so we have designed our own system that appears in a standard web page with the streaming video in one window and syncronised slides appearing in another
This package is slightly more complex than the basic package and requires the slides to be submitted to us prior to the presentation.
The filming, streaming and hosting is however the same as the basic package.
Interactive Package
This is a very new and innovative package which has been developed by Video3 Technologies Ltd.
With their package called electern we are not only able to stream video with synchronised slides but there is a chat window permitting viewers to communicate with the presenter in real time.
Viewers can also take part in voting motions submit answers to multiple choice questions.
Even when the conference is over the entire presentation is hosted and can be viewed from an archive including the interactive elements to which viewers can respond and these responces are e-mailed to the presenter in question.
Again slides, voting motions and questions have to be submitted in advance but on the day provisions are the same as the basic package
